Hello world!

This blog is a window in to my role as a mother and a vegan. Yeah, yeah us vegans are all preachy, but for me it is intrinsically linked to all the decisions I make for my child. Let me give a bit of background to my story.

I turned vegan in early 2009 after I learned that the dairy industry is not a nice place for a cow or her babies. Okay, it's a terrible place for them. I couldn't do it anymore. I started vegan bakery from home, wrote about vegan food and travel and even wrote a vegan guide to the city I live in. In 2015 we welcomed a baby via an amazing water birth and are in complete awe of this little person.

Cut to 2016, here I am deciding to write about this journey, because sharing is caring, right?
